We encourage our customers to call with their comments, questions, or concerns and will always do everything we can to ensure total satisfaction. If you would like to speak with us on the phone for exchanges/returns, comments/questions, or to be placed on our email list, you can do so by calling Customer Care Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm., Eastern Standard Time. SHIPPING POLICY
It is our policy to ship all available items within one business day. There is an additonal charge for expedited items (Next Day and 2nd Day Air) to the continental US. EXPEDITED ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 3PM TO ENSURE EXPEDITED DELIVERY. See below. Expedited shipping (Next Day and 2nd Day Air) to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged according to the rate chart. A customer service representative will contact you with the shipping rate. Orders that contain items currently on backorder will be shipped separately. Total shipping cost will be included on original invoice. Please note: Any backordered items originally ordered on a Next Day or 2nd Day order will be shipped by UPS Ground. An additional charge will be applied if a backordered item is requested Next Day or 2nd Day Air.

RUSH ORDERS
Continental US: NON-BASKET ITEMS: There is an ADDITIONAL $16.00 charge for Second Day and $25.00 for Next Day Air. This will be added to the appropriate ground charge listed above. Alaska / Hawaii / International: Rush orders will be charged according to the UPS rate chart. A customer service representative will contact you with the shipping rate. EXPEDITED ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 3PM TO ENSURE EXPEDITED DELIVERY.
*IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE - BASKETS: Plan ahead because all baskets require an "oversize" shipping charge on rush deliveries. We will contact you with the additional costs. We recommend that you call during business hours EST for rush shipments of baskets.
Please note: American Express, Visa and Mastercard charges will reflect "Havel's Inc." as the billing merchant.
GUARANTEE
Everything Fragrant guarantees the quality of all of its products. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, please feel free to return any items for exchange or refund. So that full credit for purchase price may be given, please reference your order number at the time of return. Returns may be made up to 90 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on products where more than 20% has been used.

Financial information such as credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing addresses, etc., will be used only to bill you for payment of your orders.
